These terms govern your use of paudhey.com and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

Plants are living products -- exact size, leaf count, and shape will vary slightly from the product photos, and that's expected, not a defect. Pots, colours, and finishes may also show minor natural variation. Product prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice; we'll always honour the price you paid at the time of your order.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we confirm and ship it. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; Cash on Delivery is available where serviceable. We reserve the right to cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item turns out to be unavailable after you've ordered it.

Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

All text, images, and branding on paudhey.com belong to Paudhey and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

We take real care in how plants are grown, packed, and shipped, but as living products, outcomes after delivery (e.g. how a plant adapts to your home's light and watering) are outside our control once it's safely delivered as described. Our liability is limited to replacing or refunding the item itself, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Paudhey operates.
