Shipping cost & coverage

We ship pan-India at a flat rate of ₹79 per order -- free on orders of ₹599 or more. Deliverability and estimated delivery time are checked live against your pincode before you check out, and again at checkout.

Delivery timelines

Orders are typically delivered in 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

How we pack your plants

Plants are shipped in breathing-box packaging designed specifically for live plant transit -- secured to prevent shifting, with ventilation to keep the plant healthy in transit, and cushioning for pots and soil. This is the single biggest factor in a plant arriving in good condition, and we take it seriously.

If something arrives damaged

Living plants can occasionally be affected by transit despite careful packaging. If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or otherwise not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@paudhey.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund -- see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

Exchanges

We don't offer size/variant exchanges after an order ships (e.g. swapping a Small for a Medium) -- please double-check your selection before placing the order. If you received the wrong item due to an error on our end, we'll replace it at no extra cost.
